Tapos na kami!In the middle of midterms week, as if hindi pa enough yung mga reports, reviews, presentations, take home exams and writing assignments na ginagawa namin, siningit pa namin ang isang arts and crafts class called Lei Making. Para matuto naman kami ng konting cottage industry dito. Malay mo, I could start a fashion trend sa Pinas. :D
We made yarn leis because they last a long time and they are harder to make than flower leis. It was a pretty interesting process and very relaxing. Mindless work ika nga. You just keep wrapping your yarn around the straw and let your mind wander. I liked our teacher because she was very thorough and we really understood the process. And I liked the lei I made. Bagay na bagay sa akin. Hehehehe. :D
