It's only been recently that I got to taste artichokes and learned how to eat it properly. Iba pala sa ini-imagine ko. I thought you ate the whole thing. You are supposed to take a "leaf", dunk it in some mayonnaise dip and scrape the top edible part of the "leaf" with your front teeth. I can't quite describe the taste though. The best I can come up with is that it tastes "leafy". :D But its not so bad. Or maybe it was all that mayonnaise. It's not something I would go looking for but I would eat it again if the opportunity arises. Although eating it does make me feel like a rabbit sometimes. :D
