Taking (Colored) Pen to Paper

During the previous long weekend I dug up my old color pens, crayons and pentel pens and decided to give drawing a try again. I am always fascinated by Rina Albert's illustrations so I decided to just copy her drawings to get a feel of the pencils again. Copy not trace.

Good thing I found a book that she illustrated so I made it my source of inspiration. And the picture below is one of the more decent drawings I made. Oh, who am I kidding, its the only decent drawing I made and only halfway decent at that. I did about 7 drawings and this is the only one I'm comfortable enough to show the world. Or the handful of readers on this blog. :D
